« Goût de France » in Bénin

The Brasserie of the French Institute of Cotonou, managed since June, 2017 by Servair Bénin, participates in the event Goût de / Good France 2018.

The menu specially developed for the occasion by the Servair’s chef, Richard Bama, and proposed today to the customers of the Brasserie, highlights a cuisine made by fresh and seasonal products, stemming from the local country.

Orchestrated by the Ministry of Europe and the Foreign Affairs and the chef Alain Ducasse, Goût de/Good France mobilizes, for the 4th consecutive year, the embassies of France abroad and the chefs of the whole world.

For this 4th edition, it is more than 3000 restaurants which participate in the event and unite to celebrate the vitality of the French cuisine around common values: sharing and pleasure in the respect for the planet and for the health.
