Michel Roth trains flattening agents in Bâle Mulhouse

On November 25 and 26, Chef Michel Roth, member of the Servair Culinary Studio, was in the kitchens of Gate Gourmet in Bâle-Mulhouse, a unit that has integrated the SEA region, to provide training dedicated to the "private flights" activity to a team of 9 flattening agents.

Between theoretical courses (highlighting a product, choosing the right container...) and practical exercises around imposed products and dishes, the Chef shared his know-how with the trainees and transmitted the basic techniques to them to ensure an overall harmony both on the layout and on the enhancement of the products and to achieve beautiful dressages quickly with the available products.

A great moment of exchange for which the trainees and the Chef will keep good memories!
