Servair is engaged with the Association Vivre et Travailler Autrement (AVETA) for the integration of autistic people

Servair is involved in the employment of people with autistic disorders alongside the association Vivre et Travailler Autrement (AVETA).

The association's ambition is to offer adults with moderate to severe autism disorders, employment on permanent contracts in factories, supported by specialists, accommodation and activities that promote their integration and development.

Already tested by the Andros company, this approach is both therapeutic for these employees and beneficial for the company.

A win-win partnership that Servair wanted to engage.

Servair's Pac Ouest unit will therefore welcome a first autistic employee in April 2019, with the aim of extending the project to 5 autistic workers by the end of 2019 while continuing this recruitment phase in 2020.

From next September, an adapted structure will open its doors on the platform to meet their daily needs and offer supervision by qualified personnel.

"Servair has always privileged diversity as a source of wealth. Company agreements reflect these concerns by ensuring the equality of all, ensuring that senior citizens' employment is maintained and finally promoting the employment of people with disabilities. This partnership with Vivre et Travailler Autrement is fully in line with the logic of our CSR development and accessibility to employment for all. " - Patricia Larzillière, DGA Paris Air Catering
