Modular Catering: set up quickly and efficiently.

The formula of modular catering allows Servair to set up a production unit at its target stopovers, about six months following the project’s operational launch.

Apart from fast implementation, this solution has a number of advantages: controlled costs and construction times (the unit is housed in pre-fabricated metallic modules similar to construction site offices), the possibility of growing as activity increases, a unit whose life-span is estimated to be a dozen years, and a respect for Quality Hygiene Safety Environment standards.

As at classical units, the same professional cooking and refrigeration material is used.

Modular catering resembles the concept of modular kitchens, whose flexibility and ease of transport have been put to good use for several years now by collective restaurants (school, company, hospitals, etc.), especially during renovations and repairs.

The Ghanaian unit in Accra, built on this principle at the beginning of 2011, employs about thirty people and delivers up to 3000 services per day.
