    On December 5th, Chef Ryuji Teshima boarded a Japan Airlines flight to Tokyo to offer a tasting of some of his creations. Owner of the starred restaurant “Pages” located in Paris, the chef currently signs the western menus of the company’s Business and First classes.

    On November 12th, Chef Andrée Rosier, who signs Air France’s Business Class dishes since the beginning of the month and until the end of February 2020, was invited by the airline to participate in the traditional “Ciel un Chef” operation organised for each new signature.

    Following two rich training days, Servair welcomed again on 24 October Andrée Rosier, the first woman to obtain the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Chef of the starred restaurant “Les Rosiers” in Biarritz, to award the referents of her signature dishes a diploma.
