The onboard sales expert

Dutyfly Solutions handles the design, the implementation and the management of duty-free, onboard, turnkey programs for airlines. Its services, a considerable source of extra revenue for airlines, rely on the mutual expertise of its two joint shareholders, Servair for logistics and Aelia (subsidiary of Lagardère) for marketing duty-free shops.

Selection, purchasing and provision

Working with airlines, Dutyfly Solutions determines, for each type of flight, the list of products from within four families: perfumes and luxury products, tobacco and alcohols, watches and jewels, and electronic material. The selection is adapted to the profile of each airline’s passengers. Dutyfly Solutions is also in charge of product purchasing, setting the selling price, bonded storage, as well as the general management of sales and receipts.

Dutyfly Solutions runs the entire logistics chain. Its teams prepare trolleys, make them available at plane departure and receive them on the return trip. Its 365-days-a-year organization allows it to be extremely responsive and to adapt to any situation. Dutyfly is ISO 9001 V 2008 certified for product preparation, the sale of bonded products, and putting them onboard.


Training and sales promotions

In order to maximize sales, Dutyfly trains airline crew members in sales techniques and organises sales promotion events. Dutyfly Solutions can also develop dedicated onboard sales websites for its clients.
