Boris Eloy promoted to Marketing and Innovation Director at SERVAIR

SERVAIR has revealed that Boris Eloy has been named as their new Marketing and Innovation Director. This new title will be added to Boris Eloy's current role as Director of Communications for SERVAIR, which he has occupied since 2001.

One of Boris Eloy's new functions will be to manage the definition and implementation of SERVAIR’s Innovation strategy, intended to promote the group’s branding and culinary signature by capitalising on its culinary identity. Boris Eloy is also charged with creating the new SERVAIR professional services and organising and coordinating the cookery division. In this respect, he will be working closely with SERVAIR Corporate Chef Michel Quissac.

Boris Eloy, 49, holds Masters degrees in Political Science (from Paris II university) and Information and Communications (from the Institut Français de la Presse), and began his career in 1984 as a journalist for RFI and Yonne Républicaine. He joined SLIGOS (now ATOS Origin) in 1987, where he held successive posts as internal communications manager and press relations and financial communications manager. He subsequently took up the post of Assistant Director of Communications with UNEDIC in 1997. He joined SERVAIR in 2001 in order to become Communications Director for the company.
