Servair Opens New Restaurant and Lounge at Aimé Césaire Airport in Fort de France

Servair, 1st in France and 3rd worldwide in catering and airport services, opens a new restaurant and lounge located at the heart of Aimé Césaire International Airport in Martinique, with Servair CEO Michel Emeyriat and Aimé Césaire International Airport COB Frantz Thodiard in attendance.

Servair Retail Fort-de-France (SRFF*) owns a 10-year contract to manage and operate the range of catering outlets and points of sale (café bars and vending machines) at the Fort de France passenger terminal.

The launch of this restaurant and lounge concludes their joint development project, which kicked off with openings of an Air Lounge Café snack and a Burger King restaurant in the departure area. All of their catering outlets in both the public and customs areas occupy a total surface area of 1400 m².

The launch of this new restaurant and lounge is in line with Servair's growth strategy and objective to expand its airport service offerings. With a presence to date at 41 locations worldwide, this new operation further strengthens the company's position in the airport catering market.

(* Servair Retail Fort-de-France was born from a partnership between Servair and Monplaisir Group)
