Opening of THE PUB at Accra Airport (Ghana)

On Sunday 16 December, Servair inaugurated "THE PUB" at Accra Airport (Ghana).

The new catering concept, a modern and revisited version of the traditional English pub, was entirely designed and developed by Servair's retail teams, who also supported the local teams in monitoring the work, defining the offer and processes and training the staff.

The restaurant is located in the duty-free area on a surface of 114m² and offers 38 seats divided between low, high tables and bar counter. Open 24 hours a day, it can accommodate all passengers transiting through the airport.

Production is made in Servair Ghana's kitchens and then assembled on site in a preparation area provided for this purpose.

THE PUB proposes an offer of hot dishes (pasta, local dishes), tapas (chicken skewers, kefta, chicken wings), salted snacks (sausage roll, quiche, crunchy lady, meat pie), sandwiches, paninis, salads, and also pastries and cakes. A breakfast offer is also available from 4am to 11am.
