Studio Culinaire Servair Manifesto for a committed and sustainable cuisine
At their annual meeting, the members of Studio Culinaire Servair Manifesto drew up and signed a “Manifesto for a committed and sustainable cuisine”. This Manifesto sets out how they view cuisine and the contribution it makes to society. Since 2009, Studio Culinaire Servair has been developing and expanding the culinary vision of Servair (a subsidiary of the gategroup) by involving a number of major Michelin-starred chefs. Through this Manifesto, the affirmation of a sustainable view of gastronomy bolsters Servair’s objectives as part of its ongoing progress initiative and its commitment to responsible cuisine.

François Adamski named Corporate Chef at Servair
Servair, a member of gategroup, announces the appointment of François Adamski to the position of Corporate Chef. He succeeds Michel Quissac who has held this position since 2006 and will retire.
Studio Culinaire Servair: Guy Martin takes over as President; Anne-Sophie Pic is newest permanent member
Servair, a gategroup member, announced the appointment of Michelin star Chef Guy Martin as President of its Studio Culinaire for a two-year period. The creative think tank will also soon welcome a new member to the team, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most decorated French female Michelin-starred Chef.
Alexis Frantz to succeed Michel Emeyriat as gategroup President of Southern Europe and Africa and member of the Executive Management Board
gategroup has announced that Michel Emeyriat, Chairman and Chief Executive of Servair, and President of gategroup’s Southern Europe and Africa (SEA) region, member of the Executive Management Board of gategroup, will step down from his executive responsibilities at the end of the year. He will be succeeded on January 1, 2019 by Alexis Frantz who is currently Corporate Secretary and member of the Executive Committee of Servair.
