Servair secured exclusive management of the catering outlets 
at Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport

Servair, France's leading aircraft catering and aviation logistics company and the world's third largest company in the sector, has won the tender for exclusive management and operation of all catering outlets in the passenger terminal at Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport in Fort-de-France.

From 11 July 2012, Servair secured the exclusive management and operation of the various types of catering areas and outlets (café-bars and vending machines) in the Fort-de-France passenger terminal for a period of ten years. All of these catering locations, located in public and beyond security, will occupy a total surface area of 1,400 m2.

The tender submitted by Servair and its local partner, the Monplaisir Group, serves to boost the airport's commercial space and highlight its value, as well as promote Martinique's culture through its products.
