A consulting chef for China Southern

04/24/agasse2013 - China Southern invited Servair R&D Chef Gérard Agasse to participate in its annual culinary forum on 18 and 19 April.

Held in Guangzhou, the forum brings together all of the managing chefs at China Southern.

In a series of workshops and conferences, Gérard Agasse presented the culinary trends at international airlines as well as new developments in French cuisine.

He also completed the task of creating two hors d'oeuvre, two soups, and two hot dishes intended for the France–Australia line of the Chinese company, while explaining the characteristics of the recipes, and the concepts that go into them, to participants.

It has now been a year since Agasse was named culinary counsellor for China Southern, following a previous workshop.
