The Académie brings together French chefs who have previously won the competition and is supporting Thibault Ruggeri, a young chef from the Lenôtre School and winner of the national competition, throughout his preparation and on the day of the grand final.
For the record, the Bocuse d’Or is an international gastronomic competition that was created by the French chef Paul Bocuse in January 1987. This competition brings together 24 Chefs from 24 countries who have won their national finals.
The international grand finale will be held in Lyon on January 29 and 30, 2013, when the chefs will battle for the Bocuse d’or trophy.
