Amandine Chaignot in workshop with Servair chefs

A_Chaignot05/17/2013 - Amandine Chaignot, chef at the Hotel Raphaël restaurant in Paris, was cooking in the Servair R&D kitchen earlier this week, presenting the dishes she has created for Malaysia Airlines which have been on the Malaysian airline's First Class and Business Class menus since May 1st on the Paris - Kuala Lumpur route served by the A380.

This workshop provided an opportunity for consolidating several months of work with Michel Quissac, corporate chef at Servair, and working closely with the chefs in the Servair R&D kitchen.
