Andrée Rosier meeting passengers

On November 12th, Chef Andrée Rosier, who signs Air France's Business Class dishes since the beginning of the month and until the end of February 2020, was invited by the airline to participate in the traditional "Ciel un Chef" operation organised for each new signature.

Accompanied by Rudy Faliex, Chef Servair in charge of the Air France menus development and Catherine Villar, Customer Experience Director at Air France, the Chef interacted with the Business Class passengers of flight AF272 to Tokyo, participating in the dinner service and taking the time to exchange with some lucky passengers
During this special flight, Eco class passengers also enjoyed a starter exclusively created by the chef for this occasion.

Tokyo was not a random destination as Andrée Rosier opened in this city the restaurant "Les Rosiers Eguzkilore" in 2010. A dinner was organised there for the delegation of journalists following the operation.
