Behind the scenes at Servair

coulisses-servair-flyer-talkIn late April, members of FLYER TALK, the world’s most popular frequent flyer web community, were able to discover what goes on behind the scenes at Servair's centre 1 at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.

On the agenda: a tour of the Research & Development Kitchen, a preview tasting of dishes created by Guy Martin and a presentation of the new Air France meal trays.

Organised at the request of Air France, these Roissy Hub discovery days revealed some of the airport’s secrets to these travellers from all over the world, who are curious and very enthusiastic about … culinary sensations!
