Chef Guy MARTIN serves up Air France business class menus

guy-martinSince 1st June, business class passengers on Air France flights departing from Paris have been able to sample dishes served up by none other than Chef Guy Martin.
Sauteed shrimps, conchiglie pasta and courgette caviar drizzled with a coconut sauce set off with a hint of espelette chilli or orecchiette pasta with squid and rocket on a bed of tomato sprinkled with coriander grains...His dishes are sure to tickle the taste buds of even the most difficult passenger.
The Chef of the Grand Vefour restaurant is helped by Chefs from Servair who went through rigorous training and testing sessions before being allowed into the kitchen. They now prepare the chef's recipes on a daily basis.
The four classic but inventive recipes combine subtle blends of flavours to ensure an original and contemporary gourmet experience at 30 000 feet.
