China Southern trusts Jet Chef
The Asian airline China Southern has renewed its partnership with Jet Chef. Since 1 June, the catering centre, which specialises in Oriental cuisine, has been serving French and Chinese breakfasts, snacks, and lunches to the passengers of the seven A330 flights out of the Charles de Gaulle Airport each week.
The three-year contract between these two companies once again recognizes the culinary expertise of Servair and its catering unit, Jet Chef, whose skill in Asian cuisine makes it unique. Jet Chef employees work every day to prepare the 8,000 daily meals served on over a dozen flights each day.
