French candidate wins the Bocuse d’Or for 2013

ruggeriServair and Air France, partners of the Académie Française du Bocuse d'Or are particularly proud of the victory of the French candidate in the 2013 edition of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition.
Thibaut Ruggieri impressed the jury chaired by Paul Bocuse in person, thanks to his "turbot in white butter with herb infused pearls" and his "Rossini style Irish beef and delicious truffle soup".
He won gold, ahead of Denmark and Japan, giving France a 7th victory in the world famous culinary contest.
