Michel Roth talks about his dishes onboard an Air France flight

michel-rothFrom 1 February onwards Air France Business class passengers will be served dishes by Michel Roth, two-Michelin-star chef of the Ritz hotel.
On 14 January, the Michelin-star chef revealed his creations to Air France Business class passengers flying to Montréal. During the flight, the passengers had the chance to taste four of the six main courses on offer. The Chef was onboard and alongside Servair’s Corporate chef, Michel Quissac, and Executive chef, Roger Passet, he answered questions from passengers.
It was the opportunity for an original, friendly exchange on his creative universe, haute cuisine and the specific constraints of in-flight catering.
