New Chefs for new signature dishes on Air France flights

Following two rich training days, Servair welcomed again on 24 October Andrée Rosier, the first woman to obtain the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Chef of the starred restaurant "Les Rosiers" in Biarritz, to award the referents of her signature dishes a diploma.

Very proud of this distinction, the referents are responsible for the conformity of the recipes and the meal presentation validated by the Chef. Andree Rosier designed dishes with Basque flavours to be enjoyed by Air France Business Class passengers from November 2019 to the end of February 2020.

Over the same period, three-starred Chef Emmanuel Renaut will offer La Première passengers its Savoyard terroir through gourmet dishes that have been revisited with a touch of modernity.
