Servair, historical partner of “L’Assiette Gourm’hand”

Since 2004, Servair has been supporting the "L'Assiette Gourm'hand" culinary competition, the 16th edition of which took place on October 13th at the Lycée Professionnel Privé Sainte-Marie de Bailleul.

L' Assiette Gourm'Hand, the only national cooking competition open to people with disabilities, has only one goal: to promote the work of people with disabilities to promote their inclusion in the kitchen.
The winners will benefit from a one-week internship in the brigade of Guillaume Gomez, chef of l'Elysée and ambassador of the competition.

Sixteen teams of two chefs (handicapped and trainer) had to make a dish with sea bream and shrimp from Madagascar, under the supervision of a prestigious jury, composed of five presidents of culinary associations, nine  Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and Servair's Chefs Michel Quissac (Corporate Chef), Paulo Ferreira and Marc Detail.
