Servair Macau was chosen to assure the preparation of 6000 provisions at the occasion of the 4^th Forum ministerial Conference for economic and commercial cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, commonly referred to as Forum Macau, on 3, 4 and 5 November.

Directly chosen by the event’s general organiser, “Prime Marketing & Promotional Services", the Center assured the production of 6000 service provisions, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the “lunchbox” style, as the provision was for staff at the forum venue: police-officers, firefighters, security personnel, technical staff (TV, students, etc).

Servair was for the first time chosen for this event which takes place every three years.
