Servair partners the first edition of La Semaine du Goût in China

photo7Servair is supporting the first ever La Semaine du Goût event organised in China, from Monday 28 to Tuesday 29 October 2013. As a partner of La Semaine du Goût, Servair especially hopes to promote knowledge of French tastes and culinary traditions in Macao, where the group has been operating since 1995.

Servair will be involved in two events in particular:


  • The 'Bread Tasting Class' will be held in Servair's facilities for around twenty children from the 'School of the Nations' on Monday 28 October from 9.30 a.m. to 10.15 a.m. The workshop aims to introduce children to breadmaking. The session will be followed by a bread tasting.



  • The following day, Joël Rivet, a Chef from the Servair's Macao unit, will go to the 'School of the Nations" for another tasting event. This time he will be joined by food writer Jean-Luc Petitrenaud, one of the founders of La Semaine du Goût.
