Servair Solutions supports Air Côte d’Ivoire
Côte d’Ivoire's new airline enlisted the services of Servair Solutions, Servair's service integration subsidiary, to train its crews in providing impeccable in-flight service and ensuring passenger comfort.
The training plan, which was geared towards the airline's needs, allowed flight attendants to develop their service techniques and methods, understand passengers' specific expectations and improve their knowledge about wine.
Air Côte d’Ivoire wants to continue working with Servair: other training programmes for flight crews are scheduled for the near future.
