Since April 2019, Servair a has been committed to the association Vivre Et Travailler Autrement for the integration of people with autistic disorders into its units.

In October and November, two autistic employees were able to join the Pac Ouest unit on a part-time cutlery assembly position accompanied by a dedicated external supervisor.

This commitment will continue with the recruitment of a third autistic worker by the end of the year.

On the occasion of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, Servair is proud to be part of this approach of "living together" and diversity. In 2018, Servair had nearly 496 employees with disabilities.
