With its concepts offering trendy food outlets, "Air Lounge Café", "PK0" and "Terre d’escale", with the latter two having been specially developed for Reunion Island, Servair has won the contract to manage and operate the future bars in the airport as well as to overhaul the concept and design of "l’Hémisphère Sud", the airport’s panoramic airport.
Servair will therefore be operating 1,300m² of landside and airside catering areas for a 10-year period.
