Servair present at the China Southern culinary workshop!
The leading Chinese airline, China Southern Airlines, held its culinary workshop on the major global trends in airline catering from 14 to 19 May in Guangzhou.
Partners, suppliers and employees were invited to take part in debates, conferences, demonstrations and tasting sessions focused on airline catering and the main developments and improvement plans in this domain.
As a privileged partner of the airline, Servair was present to lend its culinary expertise and to join in the debate with stakeholders including chefs, the airline’s catering managers, food specialists etc.
