The Laboratory renews its COFRAC certification

Servair’s Laboratory successfully passed its COFRAC certification renewal audit (available at www.cofrac.fr). No discrepancy was found during the two-day audit.

The certification body, whose mission is to verify the accuracy of procedure, technique and material brought into play during the microbiological analyses of products and foodstuff environments, has in this way given its stamp of approval to the laboratory’s expertise in the services it carries out.

Created in 1974 at the inauguration of Servair and installed at the site of Paris Air Catering Center, the laboratory’s mission is to inspect the quality of microbiological analyses of foodstuffs and carry out an average of 60 000 analyses per year.
