New Gastronomic collaboration

Roissy, September 20, 2013 - Servair, the leading French airline caterer and airport services provider, and number three in the world, is continuing its series of collaborations with great French chefs by showcasing Thibault Ruggeri, recent winner of the Bocuse d'Or prize for 2013. Ruggeri has been entrusted with designing the 5-course menu for Air France's new Business Class menu.

Thibault Ruggeri puts his name to five dishes on the Air France Business Class menu

For a period of six months, starting from October 1st, 2013, Servair will be offering Air France Business Class passengers the chance to enjoy one of five recipes specially created by Thibault Ruggeri on board its long-haul flights from Paris. A different dish will be offered every fortnight to ensure that frequent travelers are constantly delighted.

This initiative forms part of Servair's series of collaborations with top chefs, a key element in the company's overall culinary strategy. Chefs such as Joël Robuchon, Guy Martin and Michael Roth were the first to endorse this project: promoting French gastronomy in Air France Business Class by adding one of their own creations to the various hot dishes available on the menu.

Thibault Ruggeri trains Servair's chefs

To ensure his recipes are perfectly executed, Thibault Ruggeri has trained around forty of Servair's, cooks and food preparation staff who will be responsible for producing the dishes on a daily basis.
