The MESO 2023 project is co-financed by the European Union. Europe is committed to Mayotte through the European Regional Development Fund.

Panima, a subsidiary of servair, has its expertise in the production and delivery of meals for Mayotte’s local authorities, including schools, nurseries, hospitals and detention centers.
Panima is working to expand its infrastructure to meet the growing demand on the island following, among other things, the construction of new schools. To this end, the MESO 2023 project has been launched, involving the renovation and expansion of Panima’s bakery and central kitchen. This refurbishment will increase the total surface area of the buildings by two-thirds, ensuring an extended food service to all these new schools while providing jobs for Mahorans.
The ERDF is one of the European funding programs designed to support local development projects in Mayotte.
MESO 2023, the island’s economic and social development project, has 70% of its total investment cost covered by the ERDF fund.
