Relations with employees, suppliers and local communities

Being a fair and equitable employer that helps its staff to grow
We are committed to providing a respectful and fair social model, which is essential to our sustainable performance. This commitment has led to the incorporation of ESG objectives into our employees’ performance appraisals. We invest heavily in the development of our teams, as demonstrated by the 106,000 hours of training provided to our staff. Finally, we are taking concrete steps to improve gender balance, with the aim of ensuring that at least one-third of senior and middle management positions are held by women.

Making health and safety at work and the well-being of employees a top priority
Health and Safety at Work (HSW) is a top priority, not only for our employees, but also for our suppliers and subcontractors. Our commitment is reflected in specific objectives aimed at preventing workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. These efforts form part of a comprehensive approach, aligned with our group’s objectives to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.

Developing a supply chain committed to upholding ethical standards
The integration of a responsible supply chain is a key driver of consistency. We rigorously assess our partners, notably via the EcoVadis platform. Our vigilance is reflected in the following requirement: 100% of our strategic suppliers (accounting for 80% of our procurement expenditure) have signed our Supplier Commitment Charter, covering human rights, environmental protection, animal welfare and business ethics.

Strengthening our positive impact on local communities
Our company is a major employer in its region, employing many staff who are local to the area and creating indirect jobs with our local suppliers. Finally, by promoting sustainable transport options such as cycling and car-sharing (via the IDF Mobilités platform), we make it easier for our staff to get to work whilst helping to reduce CO₂ emissions from commuting.
