Taking sustainability issues into account in our food and packaging offerings

Achieving carbon neutrality
Climate change is a major challenge. By publishing our climate policy, we are committing to contributing to global carbon neutrality. Our decarbonisation measures are concrete: we are modernising our refrigeration systems with energy recovery and gradually electrifying our kitchens and infrastructure. Furthermore, 20% of our vehicle fleet already consists of electric vehicles. Our aim is to source 100% of our electricity consumption from renewable sources by 2030.

Reducing operational waste and prioritising recycling
We place the circular economy and waste management at the heart of our processes. We are working to implement recycling processes at our main production sites, with a target recycling rate of 20%. Furthermore, regular counts on flights enable us to identify and efficiently recycle beverage packaging (plastic, cans, glass) and to strengthen our sorting initiatives.

Optimising water management
Sustainable water management is one of our environmental priorities. We have set an ambitious target to reduce our water intensity by 5% by 2028 compared with our 2025 baseline. Rigorous monitoring of our consumption is a key indicator of our environmental performance.

Preventing pollution
We are committed to preventing all forms of pollution arising from our activities. We have set ourselves a target of reducing our waste by 5%. Our efforts to tackle waste and promote recycling, as well as to reduce the carbon footprint of our supply chain, play an active role in preventing pollution.
