Skytrax is an international air transport rating agency that has been organizing the World airline Awards since 1999, nicknamed the “Oscars of the Aviation sector”. Travelers from around the world vote in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the winners of the ceremony. More than 100 nationalities of customers participated in the survey between September 2023 and May 2024, and more than 21 million reviews were counted in the results. More than 325 airlines are featured in the final results of the contest.
