We are delighted to announce that servair will now be providing catering services for staff and patients at the Centre Hospitalier International de Calavi (CHIC), a leading hospital in West Africa.
Following a public tender, servair was awarded the catering contract for a period of three years. Our teams will prepare meals for hospital staff and patients directly on site.
Meals for patients have been designed jointly by servair Cotonou’s chefs in consultation with the CHIC and servair nutritionists to meet specific medical and nutritional needs. As with all our activities, the services will comply with the strictest quality and hygiene standards, in accordance with our QHSE procedures.
With this new contract, servair continues its development in Africa and strengthens its presence in the hospital catering sector, already established in the Seychelles, Kenya and Mayotte.
