The Grand Palais once again hosted Taste of Paris, the must-attend event celebrating the best of the French culinary scene. In a warm and gourmet atmosphere, visitors were able to enjoy tasting portions of creations from the most iconic restaurants of the moment, led by renowned chefs and promising young talents — all brought together by one common standard: excellence.
Servair had the opportunity to spotlight a selection of dishes served on its long-haul Business Class flights, created in collaboration with Régis Marcon and Nina Métayer, as well as Premium Class offerings by Frédéric Simonin.
