At servair, quality of service also means paying close attention to the products we select for our customers.

For several years, we have chosen to collaborate with Malongo, a French coffee roaster renowned for its commitment to fair trade and organic farming. Each year, this partnership represents around 11 tons of fair trade coffee, distributed across French and international airports.
This choice reflects our desire to align the experience we offer passengers with our corporate values, particularly in terms of sustainability and social responsibility. Malongo stands out not only for the quality of its organic and fair trade coffees but also for its support of small producers through the Max Havelaar label, which guarantees fair prices and long-term assistance.
The company works with cooperatives of small producers in 16 countries and promotes farming practices that respect biodiversity, such as agroforestry. The coffee is then slowly roasted for about twenty minutes, following traditional methods that fully bring out its aromas.

Malongo’s ethical approach is also reflected in its commitments to sustainable development: recyclable packaging, short supply chains, waste reduction, and production in France.
Through this partnership, servair reaffirms its dedication to sustainable, human-centered, and high-quality catering, in line with its commitments to social responsibility.
