The national final of the “Le BON en Avant” competition, organized by the Les Insatiables association*, recently took place. The event celebrates professionals in the institutional catering sector and their commitment to providing healthy, sustainable, and accessible food for all.
For the 2026 edition, François Adamski, Servair’s Corporate Chef, had the honor of chairing the competition jury.
Open to chefs and cooks working in school catering, healthcare and social care facilities, and senior catering services, the competition recognizes those who work every day to provide high-quality meals while meeting the specific requirements of institutional catering. Participants are assessed on their ability to combine nutritional balance, taste, sustainability, and the use of locally sourced ingredients.
Servair’s participation reflects our commitment to passing on culinary expertise and promoting high-quality food, regardless of where it is served.
Congratulations to all the participants and organizers for making this year’s “Le BON en Avant” competition such a success.

*Founded in 2014, the Les Insatiables association promotes more sustainable, responsible, and accessible food for everyone. Through awareness campaigns, workshops, educational programs, and events such as “Le BON en Avant,” the association brings together stakeholders from the catering, education, healthcare, and agricultural sectors around a shared goal: encouraging better food practices and recognizing those who work every day to help people eat better.
