Paul Marcon takes 5th place at the Bocuse d’Or Europe and qualifies for the world final, to be held in Lyon at SIRHA on January 26 and 27, 2025.
As a partner of Team France since its creation, servair is delighted with Paul Marcon’s victory. He was accompanied by Camille Pigot, official commis, Christophe Quantin (candidate coach), a team of commis, not to mention Davy Tissot, Bocuse d’Or 2021 winner and the French tasting jury.
It’s a very intense moment that demands a lot of concentration. There was a great sense of team cohesion which enabled us to work in a controlled and rigorous manner.
